Scots Rugby

Scots Old Boys Jack Maddocks and Andrew Kellaway will both start in the back three for their respective teams in Round 1 of the 2017 Super Rugby Season. It’s terrific to see Scots players making an impact in the professional game.

Jack recently signed for the Rebels and Andrew is building on an impressive debut season in 2016 for the Waratahs. David Horwitz has also been named on the bench for the Waratahs and may be called upon if Bernard Foley is ruled out due to concussion.

Ryan McCauley also recently signed a deal with the Waratahs and we look forward to seeing him debut this season. It’s been a very good preseason for Scots Old Boys with Sam Carter being named Captain at the Brumbies.

The Scots Rugby Community is proud of these players achievements and we wish them every success in 2017. It’s a great thing for our current players to see what can be achieved through hard work and dedication.
